We want you to love your SOFT-ERA order. If something is wrong, we will make right.

 

Change of mind : We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, wrong size, or simply not wanting the item anymore - so please choose carefully.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items : If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered , contact us within 7days with your order number and photo/video of the issue. We will offer a replacement , repair, or refund - your choice, where reasonably possible. 

Refunds : Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping : Free if the fault is ours. Customer-covered for other approved returns.
